Fabric Order Processing Process for B2B Customers
GW-TEX order process includes inquiry for fabric solutions, offering a formal quotation with the fabric spec finishing and lead time, ensuring color matching and quality approval, discussing product quality with customers, finalizing, periodic product inspection.
ORDER PROCESS
Inquiry
After receiving your inquiry, our marketing department will contact you to know which fabric is suitable for your product and provide you with the best solution according to the purpose of your request. At the same time, we will also suggest suitable fabrics and finishing treatments to customers, and provide fabric samples for reference.
Quote
After discussing and confirming the suitable fabric for your development, we will provide customers with a formal quotation with product description, including MOQ, minimum color quantity and finishing. Lead time and trade terms will also be provided in the quotation.
Approval
We supply fabrics as per customer's requirement, to ensure the final product meets customer's color expectation, we use laboratory dipping process to check the quality and color approval of the order.
Detailed inspection
In order to check the fabric quality, at this stage we will discuss with the customer the feel, finishing, physical properties of the textile and packaging to ensure a consensus on the quality of the product.
Place an order
After confirming all the details with the client, we will provide a quotation including the delivery time. In order to finalize the order, we ask the customer to sign the quotation. Once we receive the purchase order (PO) and proforma invoice (PI), we will start to source the necessary materials and start production.
Quality Control
Our quality control team regularly inspects products during production to ensure their functional quality and stability. We document product details and test results in reports. Raw materials are also inspected when they arrive at the production line.
Shipping
The average delivery time for an order is between 20 and 60 days, depending on the quantity of the order. For international orders, we offer sea and air freight options to send orders, with options for LCL or FCL shipping.
